Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
The app is published by an individual developer (Play Console developer name: “anhoang”). Contact: vantran140893@gmail.com.
2. Information that stays on your device
Game progress (current puzzles, scores, best times, daily streaks, 2048 high scores) and settings (language, text size, theme) are saved locally in the app’s private storage. We do not receive this information. It is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
3. Information we do not collect
The app has no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files or location, and the app does not contain in-app purchases.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app is free and shows banner, interstitial and rewarded ads through Google AdMob. When ads are requested, Google and its ad partners may collect and process, on their own responsibility, data such as your Android advertising ID, IP address, device and operating-system information, app version, and how you interact with ads. They use it to serve and measure ads, limit repeated ads, and prevent fraud. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and some other regions, ads are requested only after you respond to the consent screen, and you decide whether ads may be personalised. 5. Consent management
The app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to show the consent choices that apply in your region. Your choice is stored on your device. Where available, you can change it later in the app under Settings → Ad privacy settings.
6. Analytics and crash reports
Versions of the app that are configured with Google Firebase may send app events (for example “game started”), the device model, the Android version, an app-installation identifier and crash reports to Google, so we can understand which features are used and fix crashes. This data is not used to identify you.
7. Contacting us
If you use Settings → Contact us, the app opens your email app with a message addressed to us. Nothing is sent until you press send in your email app. If you send it, we receive your email address, your message, and the technical details you chose to include (app version, Android version, device model, language). We use them only to reply and to fix problems, and keep them as long as needed for that.
8. Sharing
We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with Google as described above (advertising, consent management and, where enabled, Firebase). Google may process data in countries other than your own; see Google’s policies for the safeguards it applies.
9. Your choices and rights
- Choose or change your ad consent in the consent screen or in Settings.
- Reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
- Delete everything stored by the app by clearing its data or uninstalling it.
- If you are in the EEA/UK, Japan, California or another region with data-protection rights, you may ask us to access, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you (for example an email you sent us) by writing to the address above. For data held by Google, use Google’s privacy tools.
10. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has contacted us, write to us and we will delete the message.
11. Security
Progress data is stored in the app’s private storage on your device. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will also be reflected in the app’s store listing.

2. 端末内にだけ保存される情報
ゲームの進行状況（プレイ中の問題、スコア、最短タイム、毎日チャレンジの連続記録、2048のハイスコア）と設定（言語、文字サイズ、テーマ）は、アプリ専用の領域に保存されます。これらの情報は運営者には送信されません。アプリを削除するか、アプリのデータを消去すると削除されます。
3. 取得しない情報
本アプリにはログイン機能はありません。氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、連絡先、写真、ファイル、位置情報はお尋ねしません。アプリ内課金もありません。
4. 広告（Google AdMob）
本アプリは無料で、Google AdMobを通じてバナー広告、インタースティシャル広告、リワード広告を表示します。広告の配信時には、GoogleおよびGoogleの広告パートナーが、各社の責任において、Android広告ID、IPアドレス、端末・OSの情報、アプリのバージョン、広告の操作状況などを取得・処理することがあります。これらは広告の配信と効果測定、同じ広告の表示回数の制限、不正の防止のために使われます。欧州経済領域、英国などでは、同意画面で選択した後にのみ広告が要求され、パーソナライズの可否を選べます。詳しくはGoogleの広告に関するポリシーおよびGoogleプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
5. 同意の管理
本アプリはGoogleのUser Messaging Platformを使い、お住まいの地域で必要な同意の選択肢を表示します。選択内容は端末内に保存されます。表示される地域では、アプリの「設定」→「広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも変更できます。
6. 利用状況の分析とクラッシュレポート
Google Firebaseを設定したバージョンのアプリでは、機能の利用状況の把握と不具合の修正のため、アプリのイベント（例：「ゲーム開始」）、端末モデル、Androidのバージョン、アプリのインストール識別子、クラッシュレポートがGoogleに送信されることがあります。これらのデータで個人を特定することはありません。
7. お問い合わせ
「設定」→「お問い合わせ」を使うと、運営者宛のメールが作成された状態でメールアプリが開きます。メールアプリで送信するまで、何も送られません。送信された場合、運営者はあなたのメールアドレス、本文、およびあなたが含めることを選んだ技術情報（アプリのバージョン、Androidのバージョン、端末モデル、言語）を受け取ります。これらは返信と不具合の対応にのみ使い、その目的に必要な間だけ保管します。
8. 第三者への提供
個人情報を販売することはありません。データの共有は、上記のとおりGoogle（広告、同意管理、有効な場合はFirebase）に限られます。Googleは日本国外で情報を処理することがあります。Googleが講じる安全管理措置についてはGoogleのポリシーをご確認ください。
9. 選択できること・ご本人の権利
- 同意画面または設定で、広告に関する同意を選択・変更できます。
- Androidの「設定」→「プライバシー」→「広告」で、広告IDのリセットやパーソナライズのオプトアウトができます。
- アプリのデータを消去するかアプリを削除すると、アプリが保存した情報はすべて削除されます。
- 日本（個人情報保護法）、EEA・英国、カリフォルニア州などの居住者は、運営者が保有する個人情報（例：お送りいただいたメール）の開示・訂正・削除を、上記の連絡先に請求できます。Googleが保有するデータについては、Googleのプライバシー管理ツールをご利用ください。
10. お子様について
本アプリは13歳未満（現地の法令で16歳未満とされる地域では16歳未満）のお子様を対象としていません。お子様の個人情報を意図的に取得することはありません。お子様からの連絡があった場合は、ご連絡いただければメッセージを削除します。
11. 安全管理
進行状況のデータは、端末内のアプリ専用領域に保存されます。電子的な保存方法に絶対の安全はないため、完全な安全性を保証することはできません。
12. 変更
本ポリシーは更新することがあります。最新版の日付は冒頭に表示します。重要な変更はストアの掲載情報にも反映します。
